This chart was drawn by Joe Henderson for a student (Mark Sowlakis). The dots were done by Joe's hand and the note labels above were written by Mark. It appears that all of the fingerings have the right hand Eb key down, though it seems to me like there may be a chance that it's really the side Bb key instead. Mark doesn't remember which one it was. The only way to know for sure is to try them out and see which one works. These fingerings are for tenor of course.

Wicked, to see these types of relics pop up.
Indicative that it only goes up to "B", or incomplete?
I think that the fingering for C is the same as for F#.
I'd guess that Joe just didn't go up higher than a high C.
